Advocacy for people receiving HACC services
Our service is for people who use or are potential users of Home and Community Care (HACC) Services, including their relatives and carers.
HACC Services include:

- personal care
- respite care
- home help
- day centres
- food services such as Meals on Wheels
- community nursing
- community transport
- other health services such as podiatry, physiotherapy and occupational therapy
- home maintenance and modification services
- case management
